Terry Fisher American Legion Post 117 and Rockwall County Historical Commission will host a commemorative event November 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm located at Veterans Wall, 1111 East Yellowjacket Lane, Rockwall, TX 75087.  During the ceremony a bronze plaque with names of 21 Rockwall County veterans who died during their service will be dedicated/installed at Veterans Wall.  Weather permitting, a bi-plane flyover will take place.
